If she underwent a bypass surgery  9 months ago then she should be seen by the Cardiologist. She is not a case for self medication.

If it is viral fever, there is no role of antibiotic. Antibiotic don't kill virus.  However,  in any case if acute febrile illness,  the standard protocol is to take Paracetamol,  and symptom based treatment initially.  If fever is persistent for more than 5 days , need to do evaluation by clinical examination,  investigations as per  detailed history and examination findings. Based on the report,  next course of action  is decided.
Next Steps
Get COVID 19 RTPCR test done for now. Take paracetamol continue regular medicines Observe for any other symptom monitor blood pressure,  pulse rate,  oxygen saturation daily basis. Consult doctor
