Switch to syp combiflam for fever if it's so high,repeat after every 4 hours if required. Most fevers in children this age are  due to viral infections,and take 3-7 days to subside completely. Just give paracetamol or combiflam in your case for fever and repeat as advised. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
