Hi, I have two bigger teeth at front that often makes me smile very less. My front bottom teeth are also in zigzag and due to this my brush couldn't touch those teeth and it become very yellow. I clean my teeth from dentist, but now I'm looking for a permanent solution to overcome this is effecting me during my official client conversations. Please suggest ways to overcome this

What you’re describing sounds like two separate concerns: 1. The upper front teeth look larger/prominent, which is making you conscious of your smile. 2. The lower front teeth are crowded/zig-zagged, making them difficult to brush properly and allowing staining/plaque to build up. A professional cleaning can remove tartar and surface stains, but it cannot permanently straighten crowded teeth. Crowding can also make certain areas harder to clean.
Next Steps
The most appropriate first step would be an orthodontic consultation. Ask the orthodontist to assess both your upper and lower front teeth and your bite. Depending on your examination and X-rays, options may include: * Clear aligners – a less noticeable option for many cases. * Ceramic/tooth-coloured braces – another relatively discreet option. * Conventional braces – useful for more complicated movements. Adults can absolutely undergo orthodontic treatment. The exact option depends on how crowded the teeth are and how your bite fits together. Once the teeth are properly aligned, you can consider professional whitening if the remaining yellow colour is mainly staining/discolouration. Whitening changes the colour of the natural teeth but doesn’t straighten them, and the result isn’t permanent. I would not recommend jumping straight to veneers simply because the teeth look large or yellow. Veneers mask the appearance rather than correcting the underlying alignment, and some types require removal of tooth structure.
Health Tips
Until you get the orthodontic assessment: * Use a soft toothbrush and spend extra time around the crowded lower teeth. * Add floss or interdental brushes once daily to reach areas your toothbrush misses. * Consider an electric toothbrush if you find the crowded areas difficult to clean. * Don’t try to aggressively scrub the yellow areas—the colour may be tartar/staining, but aggressive brushing won’t straighten the teeth. * Get the teeth professionally cleaned before whitening if there is significant tartar or staining. If you want, you can send me a clear photo of your teeth showing your full smile and the lower front teeth, and I can explain what treatment options would typically be considered for that appearance

Hey, I ve not seen your picture but according to your history i think your front teeth are not big it appears big because your adjacent upper front teeth are not aligned thats give illusion of these two as bunny teeth. Its never late align your teeth. There are two options one is braces and other is invisible aligners. But it takes time and discipline depending on case to case so go for consultation and diagnostic scan that will tell you exactly how much cost and time it requires.

There are 2 problems that you are concerned about 1- large teeth. That can usually be fixed by trimming those teeth or making the teeth next to it bigger. The treatment would totally depend of physical harmony of all your teeth and what your facial structure needs. 2- zig zag teeth making it difficult to keep them clean- usually this need orthodontic treatment. Its is a long process and takes about a year and a half of treatment time to get results. Ideally if you do in to fix both i would suggest to first fix problem 2 (zig zag) and then by the end of that treatment fix problem 1.
