Vertigo BPPV

Consluted ENT for my vertigo. he said it is due to BPPV. doctor gave me medicines for 5days but didn't tell me about the prevention of vertigo etc. no exercise to prevent it. any advise

In BPPV no medicines needed. Medicines will worsen the Condition. The Doctor will do a maneuver called Epleys Maneuver and it will be completely cured. Sleep with High Pillow.
