Hello, Technically the vital vitamin load of  vegetables is lost upon cooking. It should be mostly taken in raw forms.

Vegetable juice means grinding them raw. Boiling makes it vegetable soup. Simple.

Hi, Vegetable juice should always be taken raw. All live vitamins are destroyed in cooking. Also the fibre is lost in cooking. Take Amla, palak, dudhi, Carrot etc.
