Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am looking to cut down on smoking. I read that vaping and e cigarettes have no tar and are hence slightly less worse. Can also reduce the number of puffs over time. As there is very less literature available, wanted to take the opinion from experts like you. If it is okay, I would like to get your esteemed opinion. Thank you very much for you time.

Your decision to quit smoking must be appreciated first. E cigarettes has its own side effects. If you are planning to quit there are other options like Nicotine Replacement Therapy. E cigarettes are not an option to help to quit smoking. Consultant a pulmonologist.
