21-year-old female with a 2–3 day history of: Vaginal burning and itching without any change related to specific activities A painful boil on the vaginal wall with swelling/redness but no discharge yet Watery vaginal discharge Dysuria (pain or burning when urinating) Feeling generally unwell without fever or lower abdominal/pelvic pain Additional genital sores, blisters, or ulcers noted elsewhere in the genital area Recent sexual activity; no new sexual partners No history of similar infections or boils in the genital area No chronic medical conditions, major illnesses, or hospitalizations No current medications Allergy: Nuts (results in a rash)
