Vaginal dryness in perimenopause

I am 41 years female and underwent perimenopause since last 2 years. Now My menstrual cycle has almost stopped. But i seriously under going lot of discomfort due to vaginal dryness and pelvic floor muscles. The vaginal skin is toooo inflammed and stretchy. I am unable to find a suitable solution.
