Hi. There may not be any relation between vaccination and feeding preference to right breast. So, dont worry. Its ideal to feed from both breasts. Some position change might help. Also when the baby is hungry, try feeding first in left breast, again this might help. If you can feel your left breast is getting engorged and painful, you can express the milk and feed the baby. This might help reduce your breast pain also.
Regarding urination, some of the babies might cry during urination as its natural for them to feel some pain just before passing urine. So dont panic. Its advisable to consult in person your pediatrician once to make sure we are not missing out something if symptoms persisting
