Mild cold is not a contraindication for vaccination. Following vaccination there can be fever which makes it a little difficult to understand if the fever is a part of viral illness or due to vaccine. Vaccination is very important, but delaying by a few days is absolutely fine. Defer vaccination if your child is dull, not feeding well, has fever or low urine output. If not go ahead with the scheduled vaccine.
