Uti keeps recurring after completing treatment. Urine culture shows E coli bacteria. Please suggest long term solution

When was the urine culture done? Have you treated for the same ? There is no long term solution Take adequate water , maintain hygeine properly

Recurrent UTI in females could be due to causes like underlying vaginal infection, thin and dry epithelium or stagnation of urine due to conditions called cystocele. You will need an in person check up with a gynecologist to rule out such causes and find a solution.
