You have ibs which in itself is caused by gut dysbiosis and autoimmunity. The recurrence of uti is because of this gut dysbiosis. Follow HAIP DIET and use the anti microbial and gut healing teas mentioned in it. But following the diet is crucial. This will also take care of the recurrent uti. Some ayurvedic formulations can speed up the process for which you need to seek consultation

For this condition, you should contact a good Ayurvedic Vaidya near you, because Ayurveda has its own diagnostic methods as described by the Acharyas. You should undergo a Dashavidha Pareeksha (tenfold examination), based on which the Vaidya will be able to treat you accurately. Although there are many Ayurvedic medicines easily available anywhere, if you start taking them without proper guidance, you may not get relief and might even experience harm.
