Yesterday night I urinate in bed during sleep, 4 years ago once this happend then it was ok. I am 27 years old male , it is very very embarassing. So, I want to wear a adult diaper every day  as a precaution. May I wear the same diaper every  night until I urinate in it ???

Matter of hygiene. If you are only wearing it night. You may repeat it maybe for 3 nights, assuming you sleep 8hrs. But be mindful of your personal hygiene A better discussion would be to prevent such incidents from happening in future. Take care
