Left ovary is bulky in size. Multiple small peripherally arranged follicles are seen in both of the ovaries without any follicular dominance and echogenic stroma within it. Right ovary measured 34x17x29mm vol 9cc(approx) . Left ovary measured 31x19x36mm vol 11cc approx. Impression- Bilateral ovarian polycystic morphology
