I am unmarried and virgin but my doctor suggested usg tvs i dont want to go for that can i go for a normal ultrasound?

You didn't mention the indication for an ultrasound scan. Most of the time the Sonologists have a word with the referring Gynaecologist when they feel that a TVS should be done when actually the Gynaecologist has asked for Abdominal ultrasound. Please discuss with your Gynaecologist for the next step.

Hi. Yes. If you unmarried you do not need USG pelvis TVS, you can go for normal USG pelvis.

No need to do a tvs in your case. You can do an abdominal sonography with your bladder full so that the uterus and ovaries can be visualised.
