What is the meaning of this usg report and what is the treatment. Report attached. A well defined lobulated heteroechoic  retroperitoneal mass lesion with  irregular surface seen in pre tracheal region  and precaval region posterior to pancreas.

It looks like you are having lymphadenopathy secondary to tuberculosis...  however we need to to examine you thoroughly by getting a chest X Ray ESR and physical examination of the abdomen and chest to think of Tuberculosis... If there is high suspicion of  tuberculosis after examining you then we will start you on antitubercular medication and watch for reduction in  size of the swellings

Need to assess testis by examination. Most likely testicular or kidney disease, can also be tubercular.

It's likely not a benign mass, possibly metastatic lymph nodes, Get clinical examination done To know it better to do CT SCAN OF chest and abdomen with contrast
