Can I use contact lens for 3.75 sight? They said they won't add cylindrical in the lens they will only add spherical. Is that safe?please help me out.

Yes, small cylindrical powers are usually overcome by the contact lenses. You can use as suggested. For higher cylindrical powers, there are toric lenses available. Your doctor can easily decide which one is suitable for you.
