My Urine Test Result shows PUS CELLS: 12-14/hpf EPITHELIAL CELLS: 2-4 /hpf MICRO ORGANISMS: Bacteria(+) ALBUMIN: Present(+) I am too scared because of the Albumin present. I am just 24 do i have kidney issues?!

You have Urinary tract infection. Get urine culture and drug sensitivity done. Tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Syp Citralka 5ml every 8hours for 7 days. Drink more water. Get ultrasound abdomen done,  to exclude any physical kidney issue.

Uti, Plenty of water n liquid  to increase output of urine so infection  comes out with urine. Tab URISPAS TWO times a day after food for 7to 10 days. Tab feropenum er300 two times a day after food for ten days. Use of lemonade,  citrus fruits  r beneficial,  one plus prot is due to pus cells. Or u can consult urologist. Add protein  as sprouts,  bhuna Chana.
