Please consult a Gynaecologist or a Urologist in your area. It will need prolonged treatment. So Tele-consultation will not be the preferred method of treatment for this problem.

Urine passes out of the body when the bladder is full. So you need to ensure to empty it before going to sleep.
Next Steps
Do not have more water or liquids after 7 pm and have only a mouth full of water if you feel thirsty or after dinner. Can consume as much as water u want in day time but not after 7 pm
Health Tips
To ensure you keep your private parts clean and also ensure you use a clean wash room. If the above does not help get an appointment with a Urologist who can then help you in further management of this condition by ruling out any bladder dysfunction.

Night-time urine leakage at the age of 17 is called nocturnal enuresis. It is not uncommon and does not always mean a critical disease, but since it is happening almost every night, it does need medical evaluation. This condition is treatable, and early medical help can significantly improve quality of life. Please consult for further evaluation.
