Urine infection

I AM 36 WEEKS PREGNANT. My reports were showing E.Coli growth even after completing two antibiotic courses. So my doctor said to test it somewhere else.  I GAVE THE URINE SAMPLE JUST 10 MINUTES AFTER PEEING. can this alter the results of the test?. This report shows no growth. • I had no symptoms earlier, even when the report showed E.Coli growth. • my doctor is saying to have LEVOFLOXACIN 500 MG OD for 5 days and LEVOFLOXACIN 250 MG OD until delivery IF I HAVE SYMPTOMS. What should I do?
