Uric Acid Problem

I had a lot of pain in the right hand wrist.I was not able to move my right wrist.At that time my serum uric acid level in blood was high.I am using Dezacor 6. Now my serum uric acid is 5.29 mg/dl and blood sugar fasting is 73.0 mg/dl. Do I need to take Dezacor 6 now?

I don't usually prefer long term steroid use. Depending on your symptoms they can be tapered off.
