I have swelling under the shoulder on the right back for two years.At the same time, I was having pain in the right hand wrist.Sometimes I have pain in the ankles while walking.

Yes swellings are very common in this area. It might be anything but usually it is a lipoma if going on for two years. If painful meet a doctor urgently otherwise make it in your free time
