Don't worry check for it's increase in size every 2 weekly. Consume fish as it contains good vitamins and oils which is good for ur breast health.  If u r worried much then get a breast ultrasonography done. But mostly in ur age it is due to hormonal fluctuations.

Sometime it is associated with your periods, but it is being resolved within a months if it is not being so even that no need to worry, just visit a gynaecologist doctor. She will examine you and tell you what is the next step. Probably it’s due to hormonal changes. Relax. No need to panic. but yes, visit a doctor.

Hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle can cause temporary breast lumps, which are often tender to touch. These lumps typically resolve after your period begins. However, if a lump persists beyond your period or is accompanied by symptoms such as nipple discharge, it’s advisable to get a breast ultrasound and consult a general surgeon for further evaluation.
Next Steps
Consult a surgeon if the lumps persist.
