Very unlikely to be a pregnancy.u should confirm it with serum B HCG values.delayed periods are common in PCOS,which might be a cause for delay in menses..

Unlikely if I hv regular cycle Go fr a blood test bhcg Less than 100 rules out pregnancy n then u cM connect fr a prescription to help u get ur periods
