Upset stomach but unable to pass stool

2025-04-27 23:10:56
I've been dealing with stomach issues for the past two days. I can tell my stomach is upset, but I'm unable to pass stool. It feels like constipation, although I've never experienced it before. I get the urge to use the loo every 15-20 minutes, and my stomach makes noises like I have diarrhea, but nothing actually comes out. There's no pain, bloating, vomiting or fever etc. How can I recover from this?

For gastritis relief, eat smaller, frequent meals, and include bland foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (BRAT diet), while avoiding spicy and acidic foods.
