Upper right abdomen pain from 1 month

Upper right abdomen below chest and it extends to the right below the armpit and into my back. Have trouble sleeping on my right side. Right now my whole abdomen feels tender. Should i be worried?. All the tests results were normal. Liver function test was also normal. And i am not sure but i think there's a very slight swelling in my upper right abdomen right below the chest.
