It's normal to experience stiffness and pain in the back and chest muscles after heavy lifting or physical activity. However, if the symptoms persist or worsen over time, it's advisable to consult a doctor or physical therapist. The tingling sensation on the left side could indicate nerve involvement, and it's essential to get a proper diagnosis to determine the underlying cause. In the meantime, try to avoid any activities that aggravate the symptoms and use ice and heat therapy to alleviate pain and stiffness. Gentle stretching and massage may also help in reducing muscle tension.
