Upper back pain

From Last 4 days I get severe pain which radiate at chest too. This pain is particularly trigger at night I'm between 2 to 4. During day time their is no back pain took xray for the same. Kindly interpret the attached report .Thank you

Hi, I would like  to know if your walking pattern has any change recently? I suggest that you go for a higher investigation, say a MRI.
Next Steps
MRI THoracic spine wi5h Axials from C6 to L2.

Straightening of spine due to paraspinal muscle spasm Take muscle relaxant for week Maintain spine in straight posture and Avoid forward bending and lifting weights Sleep on Hard couch and avoid pillow under head Do hot fomentation Physiotherapy back IFT and ULTRASONIC THERAPY for week
