Well there is no particular diet chart because you need nutrients as your body type an also the diet plan which can fits into your lifestyle. The Template style of diet plan hardly works..
In general , you should eat at frequent intervals and incorporates nuts , fruits and drinks like Buttermilk, coconut water , lemon water apart from your normal food.
Never ever opt for crash diets which works only for short term .
