Unwanted sexual images and thoughts towards family members is this because of watching porn these thoughts making feel guilt and shame please reply

Hi This is probably due to OCD and unlikely it is related to watching porn. So visit a psychiatrist for further evaluation and management. This can be managed with medicine. Thanks and regards

You need to provide more information as since how long you are getting these thoughts, how frequent they are occurring to you, to what extent you have control over these thoughts.
