Unsatisfied passing stools

2023-01-11 14:55:01
I recently had anal fissure due to excessive diaherriah, which is now healed. I never had or currently have constipation, i pass stools at least once a day, as soon as i wake up. I do not take any fiber supplements, i drink 10ml of duphalac just to keep my stools soft. I eat normal home food and drink min 3 liters of water. But ever since i had fissure, i feel incomplete when i pass stools. I feel like there's a little more stools left, but i won't be able to pass it. I do not put any pressure or strain myself to avoid any complications.  I do not even get the urge to pass stools again until the next morning (Sometimesi pass stools the same day too). I have been feeling this only since the fissure episode started. Is this normal? Suggest natural ways to empty stomach without any medication.

Please consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. A rectal examination, proctoscopy or sigmoidoscopy is indicated. There may be some problem in the upper half of the rectum.
