Unplanned pregnancy happen due to precum is risk? If we have unprotected intercourse and male partner ejaculate outside and still get pregnant due to precum, then will that pregnancy can/might cause some issue in future? Please suggest on this?

If you are married then the pregnancy will not cause any problems in future, whether the pregnancy is due to pre-cum or a regular ejaculation in the vagina. It can cause problems in the future only if you are not married.
