you should have a lot of fibrous food, fruits, vegetables, water. anything which contains
sugar is not good for your teeth so try limiting the sugary food. food items like packed juices, aerated drinks, candies, chocolates, chips, crips, ice creams etc contains sugar and anyone should limit the intake of these food items. Tooth friendly diet is sugar free drinks, sugar free chewing gums, water, citrus fruits, cheese and milk. A healthy diet should contain good amount of nutrients, vits c, vit d, water, protein,
calcium etc.
