My weight is 40 kg and my height is 5"4'. According to BMI I'm underweight. Guide me with a proper diet chart and exercise to gain healthy weight.

You are 21kgs underweight There are many reasons for not gaining weight. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises. Send me your recent medical reports.
