I want gain weight want a proper diet plan. I have proper 3 meals a day but still not gaining weight. Please help me out

Take high protein diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan for you.
