Please suggest ointment to reduce blackness in underarms ,am feeding my 6month baby ,suggest ointment that should not affect breast milk

You can try using cream with kojic acid, arbutin and liquorice combination. However, pigmentation in folds can be due to diabetes prediabetes Or sudden weight gain. In that case diagnosis changes as well as treatment. Kindly consult online.
