Under weight

I have been having a under weight issue. Now I m 24 years old,and my height is 5.3". But still my weight is 44kgs. It effects my entire figure. My upper body part is so lean along with my lower part also. In my age is it possible to increase my weight along with my body shape and how?

Yes it is possible. Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc to gain muscle mass. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. avoid outside food completely Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
