Unbearable pelvic and period pain
I have multiple small cysts in both ovaries. and during ovulation and periods I get severe sharp pain in one of the sides or sometimes both. and my cramps are mostly unbearable and get spotting and heavy bleeding as well.

you seem like having PCOD..
This can cause menses with out ovulation.
