Unable to void, bladder neck obstruction

Urology problem Alok Ranjan Age - 31 Unmarried Like food - salty Like season - cold I am unable to self void Using pipe to empty bladder. LUTS since birth. Urine urge but not able to void a single drop urine. Bladder outlet obstruction High bladder neck Poor bladder tone Very week bladder muscles . Suggest best homeopathic medicine to cure the problem atleast urine will come automatic. . Pls suggest
