2023-05-26 04:48:24
Hi, I have been facing issues in unable to sleep whole night. Now, this has becoming regular i havent slept for 2 days. Idk whats wrong is happening earlier i had similar symptoms but overtime those had resolved. But now no sleep for 2 days directly. I tried to force myself to sleep but I cant my eyes appear awake, dizzy and heavy. Could anyone please help with this I also have stomach issues as bloating for almost 2 years but this is not directly related to this..mainly no sleep for 2 days is the problem I think its depression. I had earlier used Dveniz 50 should i use it again coz this medicine has side-effects and causes me constipation and bad dreams in case some delay in routine.

Insomnia, or the inability to sleep, can have various causes, including stress, anxiety, depression, certain medical conditions. If you're experiencing chronic sleep issues and suspect that it might be related to depression. Few suggestions that might help improve your sleep: Maintain a consistent sleep schedule: Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. Create a sleep-friendly environment: Make sure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and at a comfortable temperature. Consider using earplugs, eye masks, or white noise machines if necessary. Establish a relaxing bedtime routine: Engage in activities that promote relaxation, such as reading a book, taking a warm bath, or practicing meditation before bed. Avoid stimulating activities or electronic devices close to bedtime. Pay attention to your diet and exercise: Regular physical activity can promote better sleep, but avoid exercising too close to bedtime. Also, try to avoid heavy meals, caffeine, and alcohol close to bedtime as they can disrupt sleep. You may find relaxation techniques helpful, such as deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, or guided imagery. These techniques can help calm your mind and relax your body before sleep. If possible I would like to have proper history ,then i can help you more... Hope you liked my advise!!
