Hi... Anxiety and sleep issues are quite common in this Pandemic time. A lot of it is due to staying at home and nothing much to look up to in a day apart from work.
Try going upstairs on roof to catch some open air and sunlight. Try doing some breathing exercises (Deep Breathing, Alternate Nostril Breathing). Try any Physical Exercise/Yoga/Sport.
Keep your meals nutritious and timely. Consume more fruits, milk, shakes, vegetables, cereals, wheat, rice. Keep it simple and healthy.
Also, start taking counselling sessions on weekly basis. Sometimes the anxiety is more cognitive (thinking, reasoning, remembering) in nature and will require therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to resolve it. Once the cognitive anxiety is addressed through therapy and body gets its required nutrition, exercise, breathing/meditation, sleep will also come back into order.
