Umbilical cord prolapse

Hi, I am 30W pregnant with a breech baby. At 26w+ I was found to have a cervix left 1cm with funneling. The doctor put an arabin pessary as cerclage was not an option. At 27w my membrane ruptured and water broke a little. Since then no water break or infection but 1cm dilated. I have been hospitalized since then. But there is a discussion to discharge me. My question is can my umbilical cord be prolapsed if next time my water breaks providing I have breech baby and constipation due to the prolonged bed rest.?? Can the arabin pessary prevent the cord from coming out??
