Hello, can u tell me is it the right ovary size or right ovary cyst size mentioned in the ultrasound, Attached pic

There is some ambiguity.  It says that "right ovary shows a cyst measuring 21.9 cc". Now is it the size of the cyst, or the size of the ovary including the cyst. Either way it is too big.
