Ulcer and black spot
I had a white ulcer on left cheek near the bottom last teeth around 2 days back. There was no pain. I applied dologel ct yesterday night and today in the morning I can see a small black or red spot on the cheek near the ulcer. There is no pain in the cheek but have pain in the side bottom teeths in the left side. The last teeth on the bottom is also having some caries. Is this something to worry about. I am also having Geographic tongue for the past 11 months.
Geographic tongue is not an issue..
Ulcer on the cheek with carious tooth may be because of tooth only , visit some dentist and get the xray done, there is a possiblity of periapical abscess in the tooth.. in that case you have to get the tooth treatment done . Others chance is that it might be an ulcer , in that case apply turbocort gel twice daily and take becosule z tab twice for 5 days

For ulcer ..continue applying dologel.The red spot near your cheek might be due to cheek biting. Your wisdom tooth may be erupting ..that is why you are having pain.
