Ulcer and angular cheilitis

I have ulcer in mouth and tongue from about 3 months sometime it gets fine but again i am suffering from this problem also i have angular cheilitis on my right side of lips at corner from about 3 months i took homiopathy medicine but nothing happens please suggest me something whill heals my problems.
