Hi my widal test was positive i dint had a high fever low grade for four days I  was on iv fluids antibiotics injections wilcef s Levoflox ip now I am feeling weakness sleepy Lethargic one type uneasiness plz help me out with your opinions is typhoid possible with low grade fever or no fever
