Typhoid treatment

5th february - fever 102, headache, throat pain consulted and started medication cefdon 2 times, fever reduced from next day but still coming 99-100  8 Feb - cbc and crp test done, crp -54 , thphitdot- IgM positive doctor started Azee 500 2 times and zifi 2 times  9 Feb - X-ray done - OK 14 Feb USG WAB - Ok doctor advised to stop Azee after 5 days and completed Zifi for 14 days (including 4 days of cefdon) 14- 18 Feb meanwhile heavy bloating started while throat pain still persist and little cough whole day  18-25 Feb after 2-3days throat pain almost reduced but stomach pain, bloating and cough persist (No medicne now ongoing) 25 Feb again CBC, typhidot, widal done, typhidot and widal are negative  25-28 feb Finaly little relief in stomach pain and bloating, not completely, but cough is still there, now from last 2-3 days again throat pain started, same like earlier, dificulty in swallowing, little headache, what could be the reason,  what I need to do ?
