Healthy morning sir, For gut health issues such as IBS or others, a serving size 1/2 cup wheat based pasta introduced fructans which can trigger tummy upset . Gluten-free , buckwheat or quinoa pasta are likely to contain less fermentable short-chain carbohydrates. Unlike refined white pasta, which lack of elements, whole wheat pasta preserves essential nutrients like fibre, vitamin B magnesium and iron.it’s abundant fiber content fosters digestive well being and satisfying feeling of fullness.
Health Tips
Choose pasta made from whole grain such as whole wheat, brown rice, quinoa. This ensures your bowl contains more fibre and bodybuilding friendly nutrients such as magnesium, vitamin E and selenium

Hie.. Prolicious brand has protein pasta.. till now that’s the best pasta I have seen in Indian market. You can definitely go for it. Also when you make pasta make sure there is plenty of veggies added to it. Ratio of pasta to veggies should be 1:2 Weak digestion is a concern don’t ignore it. It’s a sign of some dysfunction going on in the body. Avoid taking too much of vegetable oil in the diet. Shift to cow ghee or coconut oil cooking. I can help you to reverse your constipation issue. You can book appointment online/offline
