Twitching in thighs

Since yesterday i am continously having muscle twitching in right thighs. I comes and goes. I am stay hydrated too. What can be the cause. Sometimes twitching happens in left arm too.

If you have made your thigh muscles worked for a long period, such as at gym, or prolonged walking, standing cycling etc. then it will go away, take electrolytes, apply warm water bag, and more importantly, take rest.
