Your condition sounds like ankle sprain and it takes time to recover properly. I would suggest to put or feet in warm water with a bit salt in it for 15 minutes atleast and move ur feet while feet in water. Put some anti inflammatory ointment and use crepe bandage for stability. Take rest as much as u can. Hope you will feel better soon. Go to ur nearest physiotherapist if pain still persists.
Next Steps
if swelling present use cold pack for 15 minutes thrice a day.
